Express Production is an option to expedite the production of your order. When you select Express Production your order will be prioritized in production and will ship out from our facility with standard shipping usually within 48hours. Transit time depends on the location the order is shipping to.
Please note: Business days excludes weekends and holidays and begins the day after the order is placed. While we make sure to expedite the production of your order, we can't guarantee the delivery date.
Express Restrictions
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or invalid addresses. Our system will identify your order as a valid address if it successfully validates against our internal validation database. Any orders that aren't successfully validated will be placed on hold and you will be notified via email shortly after placing your order if your address failed to validate. If the address listed is invalid or a PO Box, the order is automatically placed on hold until we can update to a valid physical shipping address. We recommend adding your email and phone number when selecting express so our express team can get in touch with you quicker. Once your address has validated or you've provided a physical address in place of a PO Box, express production will begin on your order.
Express Order Policy
- We strive on not only hand-crafting an order you'll love, but also getting your order to you as quickly as possible. When selecting express production you agree to waive the 12 hour policy that allows your order to be modified or cancelled. All sales are final when selecting express production.
- We are not responsible for the quality of the images you upload and do not edit any images prior to production. You are responsible for making sure that the image you are uploading is of high enough quality to be satisfactory to you at the size of sign or product that you are purchasing. You are also responsible for any copy infringements if your image is not obtained through the appropriate channels.
- We are not responsible for any carrier delays once the item has shipped out.
