with the subject line: “Your Smallwoods order has shipped!”
💡 If you ordered multiple items, they may ship in separate boxes — be sure to check for more than one shipping email!

Most orders ship within 2–7 business days after being placed.
This timeline depends on:
- The size and type of your order
- Whether it's a custom piece (hint: most of our items are!)
- Peak volume times like holidays or sales (can cause delays)
