Once your item ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a link to your tracking info. You can also visit our Order Status Page and enter your order number and email address.
My tracking hasn’t updated ⏳
This usually means the carrier hasn’t scanned the package yet. Most carriers will scan the label at the next major sorting facility. Give it 24–48 hours to update, especially during peak times.
My tracking says “delivered,” but I don’t see anything 📭
Sometimes packages are marked as delivered early, or they may be dropped off in places like a porch, garage, back door, or with a neighbor. Double check your surroundings and give it a few hours—it usually shows up by the end of the day.
