Once your item ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a link to your tracking info. You can also visit our Order Status Page and enter your order number and email address.
My tracking hasn’t updated ⏳
This usually means the carrier hasn’t scanned the package yet. Most carriers will scan the label at the next major sorting facility. Give it 24–48 hours to update, especially during peak times.
Carrier Delays & Weather-Related Shipping Delays🚚
Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. While carriers provide estimated delivery dates, these are not guaranteed and may change due to factors outside of our control, including weather conditions, regional service disruptions, or high shipment volume.
Carrier delays are typically temporary and often resolve on their own within a few business days as conditions improve, and packages continue moving through the network.

My tracking says “delivered,” but I don’t see anything 📭
Sometimes packages are marked as delivered early, or they may be dropped off in places like a porch, garage, back door, or with a neighbor. Double-check your surroundings and give it a few hours—it usually shows up by the end of the day.
