Step 1: Check Your Tracking Information

2️⃣ Track Your Package – Use the carrier’s website (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) to check the latest updates.
3️⃣ Look for Delivery Details – Sometimes, carriers mark packages as “Delivered” before they actually arrive. Your order may still be on the way!
Step 2: Look Around for Your Package
🔎 Check With Neighbors – If you live in an apartment or shared space, sometimes packages are left at a nearby unit.
📫 Check Other Entrances – Carriers may leave your package at a side or back door.
🚪 Wait 24 Hours – In some cases, packages marked as “Delivered” show up a day later.

What If My Package Was Stolen?
If you believe your package was stolen:
🚨 File a Report – Contact your local police department to report the theft.
📦 Check With Your Neighbors or Property Manager – Security cameras or package lockers may provide insight.
🔄 Text Us – While Smallwoods is not responsible for stolen packages, we’ll do our best to assist you in working with the carrier.
