Non-custom items are eligible for return if they meet the criteria below.
Return Eligibility
Items can be returned if:
- The request is made within 30 days of placing the order
- The item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- The item is not marked as Final Sale

- The item you’d like to return
- A brief reason for the return

Return Shipping & Refunds
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Refunds:
- Issued after the item is received and inspected
- Refunded to the original payment method
- Typically processed within 1–3 business days
