We get it—sometimes you need to make a quick change after placing an order. At Smallwoods, we allow modifications and cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Here’s how it works!
What Can Be Changed Within 12 Hours?
✔ Cancel Your Order – If you changed your mind, you can request a cancellation within 12 hours.
✔ Modify Your Shipping Address – Entered the wrong address? No worries! We can fix it within 12 hours.
✔ Update Your Customization – Need to swap out an image or adjust text? Let us know ASAP!
✔ Upgrade to Express or Overnight Shipping – If you forgot to select Express Production or Overnight Shipping at checkout, we may be able to add it.
💡 After 12 hours, your order moves into production and can no longer be changed.
We are unable to modify or cancel an order that was placed with Express Production. The 12-hour policy is waived with this option.
🔄 How to Request a Change
To modify your order:
Visit the Support Form.
Enter your order number and the email address used to place the order.
Select the “Cancel Order” or appropriate modification option.
If your order is still within the 12-hour window, your request will be processed automatically.
⏳ After 12 Hours?
If more than 12 hours have passed since you placed your order, changes or cancellations are generally not possible, especially for custom items that enter production promptly. However, if you have concerns, it's recommended to chat with Smallwoods' customer support to explore possible solutions.
