If your photo looks cut off when you upload it, it’s usually due to aspect ratio — not an error.
Each frame size has a fixed shape (square, vertical, or horizontal). Your image also has its own shape. If the proportions don’t match, part of the image must be cropped to fit the frame.
Think of it like this:
You can’t fit a rectangle perfectly inside a square without trimming something.
When you upload your image and click Add to Cart, you can view your design inside your cart and gallery page. This shows exactly how your image will print inside the frame. If part of the photo is outside the visible area, that portion will not appear on the final product.
💡 How to Prevent Important Parts from Being Cut Off
• Reposition and resize your image inside the editor before adding to cart
• Review your full design in your gallery/cart page before checkout
• Keep faces and focal points away from the edges
• Upload an image with extra space around the subject
• Choose a frame shape that closely matches your photo’s orientation
For example:
– Wide landscape photo → Horizontal frame
– Tall portrait photo → Vertical frame
– Equal width and height → Square frame
