Standard Items
For non-custom, standard items, cancellations are possible within 12 hours of placing your order.
Custom Items
Because custom items are made just for you, cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, production begins, and we're unable to cancel or modify the order.

How to Request a Cancellation
The fastest way to request a cancellation is through our Cancellation Portal:

Go to our Support Form.

Enter the order number and email address used to place the order.

Select the “Cancel Order” option.

If your order is still within the cancellation window, the request will be processed automatically.
⚠️ If it’s been more than 12 hours, the cancel option will no longer appear.
What If I Missed the 12-Hour Window?
If more than 12 hours have passed since you placed your order, we unfortunately cannot cancel the order. However, if you have any concerns, chat with us and we will be happy to help!
