From time to time, Smallwoods may offer free shipping promotions as part of limited time sales or special campaigns. These promotions are not always active and are not guaranteed on every order.
How Free Shipping Works
If you are not seeing a free shipping option at checkout, one of two things is true:
There is no active free shipping promotion at that time
A free shipping promotion is active, but the order does not meet the required criteria
Free shipping promotions may include specific requirements such as order minimums, product eligibility, shipping method, or other conditions. All criteria must be met for the offer to apply.
How to Stay Informed About Free Shipping Promotions
The best way to know when free shipping is available is to sign up for our email and text alerts.
When a free shipping promotion is active, it will be communicated through one or more of the following:
Promotional emails
Text message alerts
Website banners or checkout messaging
If you are not subscribed, you may miss active promotions.
Can Customer Support Apply Free Shipping?
Customer Support cannot add free shipping by request if the promotion was not active or the order did not meet the required criteria.
However, Support can modify an order to include free shipping under the following conditions:
A free shipping promotion was active at the time the order was placed and all required criteria were met
A free shipping promotion becomes active within 24 hours of placing the order, and all required criteria are met
Outside of these scenarios, free shipping cannot be applied retroactively.
