Here at Smallwoods, we strive on not only hand crafting an order you'll love but we also want to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Our 12 hour policy allows us to get your order into production right away.
Therefore we are unable to make any changes to an order or cancel an order if 12 hours has passed since you placed the order. As long as you reach out to us via phone, chat or support ticket (advised for out of office hours) within 12 hours of placing your order, then we will do our best to assist you.
When selecting express production and express overnight you agree to waive the 12 hour policy that allows your order to be modified or cancelled as all express orders go immediately into production.
